✿ Labels are printed from your Etsy invoice, make sure your address is correct prior to purchase!

✿ International Flat Rate Shipping – Transit times can 2 - 10 weeks, more during Holiday seasons.
✿ Once your package is in the postal system, we have no control on how long it will take to arrive to you.

✿ USPS does not consider a package lost until:
.. Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date
.. International: minimum of 45 days past shipping date
.. International ITALY: 60 days past shipping date.
✿ Packages being returned by the postal service due to incorrect address, refused by the buyer, etc. will NOT receive an item refund until the package has arrived back at our shop!
✿ We DO NOT refund or replace orders if the package is MARKED as DELIVERED or have been stolen, lost due to incorrect address being provided.

✿ ALL of our handset rhinestone components & set cameos/cabochons are Set to Order / Custom items, if returned there is a 15% restocking fee!

✿ If there are any issues, Contact the Shop within 3 days of delivery & PRIOR to returning items!

✿ Ship return NO LATER than 14 days of delivery, in original, un-used, un-damaged condition & original quantity along with copy of invoice.

✿ Items must be returned to receive a refund.

✿ The buyer is responsible for appropriate return shipping (we will not accept with postage due) Refunds will be given only for the item (s) returned.

✿ We DO NOT refund or replace orders if the package is MARKED as DELIVERED or has been stolen, lost due to incorrect address being provided.

✿ We Do Not offer Wholesale or Bulk pricing.
✿ We have stopped Coupon Codes or Discounts due to the high Etsy Fees, Shipping and Supply Cost Increases
✿ Order Cancellation - if the shop is contacted within 1 hour of purchase & we have not started processing your order.
✿ Substitutions - Once your order is placed we will not substitute other items for the items you have purchased.

✿ Certain chemicals & liquids can damage rhinestones and cabochons
✿ Vintage Items, might be slight color differences, minor scratches & other signs of age, may not be in new mint condition.
✿ Metals are made in the US using a lead & nickel free raw brass base & crafted using vintage tooling presses. We carry several professionally plated finishes, there will be light differences between batches of plating. Raw Brass items will develop a patina over time. Excessive heat such as soldering/welding will damage plating finishes.
✿ I make every attempt to represent an item's true color, but colors may vary on different monitors & devices or in different lighting
✿ Our items are NOT intended for children
